Provides operations support to ensure location plan attainment and assures general oversight of site performance. Supports the strategic planning process for Smelting, including engineering, delivery, and commissioning of new processes. Facilitates best practice transfer between Smelting sites and identifies enablers to achieve plans. Requires a degree in Engineering and 9 years of experience in the potrooms technical environment with at a minimum of 1-2 years in technical leadership roles. Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence and manufacturing/production operations in Smelting is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to speak and write in English are essential. Travel up to 25% is required.
