HR Tech Operations Advisor needed to support daily operations, user support, and problem-solving in Workday and other HR systems. This role involves case follow-up, system performance monitoring, and collaboration with IT, divisions, and Corporate Center functions. Experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage.

Senior HR Tech Advisor will own and support the day-to-day operation of HR technology across Workday, SDWorx, and other HR systems. Serve as a senior point of contact for HR technology improvements, requests, and process challenges. Coordinate with IT, divisions, and Corporate Center functions to resolve challenges and improve service delivery. Support system configuration, testing, releases, and change management. Ensure data quality, process integrity, and appropriate access management across HR technology platforms. Contribute to the development, documentation, and standardization of HR technology processes. Support integrations and cross-functional improvements in collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and other relevant teams. Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automation, and operational efficiency. Act as a driver of continuous improvement and work purposefully to make it easier to be an employee at KONGSBERG.
