Senior HR Tech Advisor will own and support the day-to-day operation of HR technology across Workday, SDWorx, and other HR systems. Serve as a senior point of contact for HR technology improvements, requests, and process challenges. Coordinate with IT, divisions, and Corporate Center functions to resolve challenges and improve service delivery. Support system configuration, testing, releases, and change management. Ensure data quality, process integrity, and appropriate access management across HR technology platforms. Contribute to the development, documentation, and standardization of HR technology processes. Support integrations and cross-functional improvements in collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and other relevant teams. Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automation, and operational efficiency.
