Responsibilities The Growth Manager will be responsible for growing the Energy Simulation business in EMEA. This is a mature business but the focus will be to secure new logos for Falkor and to upsell and cross sell to existing customers. Key areas of responsibility include: Pro-actively seek new opportunities for Energy Simulation. Establish and maintain a good understanding of customer challenges and how Falkor can be positioned to meet these challenges Maximise and secure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in a timely manner Identify upselling opportunities to existing customers and simulator deliveries Collaborate with Falkor Surface Growth to identify opportunities to deploy Falkor Surface Simulation Work closely with our Product and Marketing team to position Energy Simulation and build value propositions Lead bid processes for our Energy Simulation offering and support larger deals where Energy Simulation is a component of Falkor SurfaceAccurately manage leads, opportunities and recurring revenue in CRM Identify, and propose any improvements related to procedures, working methods and tools.
