Drive product development quality for Boats & Davits, manage deviations, and support quality initiatives. Develop and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) for ISO standards and Marine regulations. Serve as the representative for certifications and lead quality improvement efforts.

Provide expert technical support for cranes and winches, focusing on control and electrical systems. Assist field service teams with troubleshooting, testing, and upgrades.
