Aviant seeks a Drone Operator to operate, maintain, and test our drone fleet in Ski, Norway. Responsibilities include performing test flights, executing commercial deliveries, and supporting customer projects.

Identifies and cultivates potential customers, organizes sales meetings, and forecasts sales volumes and costs. Requires experience working with sales cycle order values from 100,000€ - 1,000,000€.

Quality Lead will lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives at a Moss site. Responsibilities include resource management, driving Lean deployment, conducting audits, facilitating incident investigations, and monitoring key performance indicators.
