**HR Business Partner - Operations** - This position will support plant sites in Moss Point, Pascagoula & Gulfport, MS. _ We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who is interested in being the focal HR partner for several generating facilities. Manages catalog and non-production procurement for R&D and engineering teams, ensuring timely acquisition of tools, prototypes, and test equipment. Identifies and onboards suppliers, negotiates pricing, and optimizes procurement workflows. Collaborates with engineering teams to align purchasing with project budgets and technical requirements.
