The Impact You’ll Make As our Technical Sales Trainee at Danfoss Drives, you’ll play a key role in connecting advanced power electronics with real‑world customer needs. Your mission: develop deep technical expertise in electrification and frequency converters while learning how to turn that knowledge into impactful customer solutions. Your impact?

It's a hands-on, physical role with a fast pace (surfaces cure in ~2 hours). You'll be trained in all steps: substrate prep, setting up mixing stations, safe handling/transport and storage of chemicals, mixing, and applying Acrylicon systems to specified height, colour, finish and type. Strict HSE compliance and effective teamwork with the Site Manager are essential.
